Baird B. Brown
Baird B. Brown has over 32 years of experience in the areas of tax, estate planning, and Elder Law. Baird graduated from the University of Colorado in 1972 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and received his law degree from Willamette University in 1975. Baird is a Fellow of the American College of Trust & Estate Counsel (ACTEC); a member and former chairman of the Colorado Bar Association Trust and Estate Section; a current member of the Board of Directors of Continuing Legal Education of Colorado, Inc.; a Fellow, founding and active member of the Council of Advanced Practitioners and member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys; and he is recognized by the National Elder Law Foundation as a Certified Elder Law Attorney.

Clara L. Brown
Clara joined our firm in December of 2007. Clara graduated from the University of Puget Sound in 2003 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Anthropology and received her Juris Doctorate degree from the University of San Francisco School of Law in 2006. She is a member of the Trust and Estate Section of the Colorado Bar Association, the Estate Planning (Orange Book) Forms Committee, Statutory Revisions Committee, and the Denver Bar Association. Ms. Brown is also a member of the Women's Estate Planning Council and the DTC Chapter of Business and Professional Women/USA. Ms. Brown's practice focuses primarily on estate planning and estate and trust administration.
